This material is used on the vehicle wrap for Emergency Services, from Police to Fire, and is ultra reflective.  Unlike standard Vinyls, this material has micro-engineered 3D Prisms embedded within the vinyl which glisten as the light hits it.  The Flu Yellow we’ve been using for a while, it’s perfect for catbugs.
